FALSE IMPERSONATION OF PEACE OFFICER

If you identify yourself as a law enforcement officer in any communication submitted through the Texas Fallen Officer Foundation, you attest that the rank and/or agency that you entered is true and accurate. Falsely identifying yourself as a law enforcement officer is a crime and the Texas Fallen Officer Foundation will seek criminal charges with the appropriate law enforcement agency for impersonating a peace officer in accordance with federal, state and local laws.
